Group antenatal classes are designed with couples in mind and are enjoyable, informal and relaxed. I use formal teaching methods combined with interactive groups, discussions and demonstrations (see testimonials on the about page for comments from recent attendees). Hotel Class starts at 9am and end at 5pm. Topics - Preparing for birth - Signs of labour - Coping skills for labour - Breathing techniques/ relaxation - Pain relief options - Medical aspects of labour: e.g. Caesarean sections. - Role of your partner - Baby Care - Feeding your baby - Adjusting to parenthood - Your relationship with your baby Private one-to-one antenatal class Online Cost €200 In person Cost €300 Private classes are adapted to meet your individual specific needs. This format is also suitable if you are expecting a second or subsequent child and require a refresher course. |
